Sergio Ramos je na Santiago Bernabeu stigao u ljeto 2005. iz Seville u transferu vrijednom 27 milijuna eura nakon odigrane dvije seniorske sezone. Danas je kapetan i ikona Real Madrida
Sergio Ramos (34) je došao u Real Madrid 2005. iz Seville sa samo 19 godina, a u 15 godina staža prometnuo se u jednog od najboljih stopera svijeta, ako ne i u povijesti nogometa. Njegovi golovi glavom donijeli su mnogo titula ‘kraljevskom klubu’.

Real Madrid ga se prisjetio na svojim društvenim mrežama na 15. obljetnicu od njegovog dolaska u glavni grad Španjolske slikom sa potpisivanja ugovora uz prigodni opis – Kako je sve počelo.
Ta objava nije promaknuli Sevilli koja tvrdi da su upravo oni stvorili Ramosa kao profesionalnog nogometaša prije nego što su ga prodali kraljevskom klubu za 27 milijuna eura pa su, da bi potaknuli javnu raspravu, objavili sliku Sergija u Sevillinom dresu uz opis – Kako je stvarno počelo.
Ali, ni tu nije bio kraj. Na sve se nadovezao objavom i sam Sergio Ramos šaljivom objavom kako bi malo ‘ohladio’ obje strane.
Činjenica je da je Ramos napravio velike stvari za oba kluba, da nije tako Real ga tada ne bi niti kupio, a oba kluba bi trebala biti zadovoljna što imaju ‘svoje prste’ u stvaranju takve nogometne ikone.
